With brown millet flour, the grain is gently ground together with the husk, which means that all the valuable ingredients are fully preserved.
The gentle grinding of the grains means that brown millet is easily digestible and the nutrients contained in the flour can be absorbed particularly easily and effectively by the intestinal mucosa.
Brown millet flour can be added to muesli, mixed into bread or cake batter or added to smoothies, sauces and soups.
