Corn semolina white

 

This white, coarse semolina variety is rarely grown in Austria. Our contract farmers in Niederösterreich grow this special variety especially for us.

The “Rheinthaler Riebel” is typical of the Vorarlberg Rhine Valley. The white corn semolina is fried in a pan, pounded and traditionally served sweet with coffee and cake.

This corn semolina can be used in all polenta dishes.
