Lerchenmühle has its own corn processing line, which enables us to produce high-quality products. In Austria, we generally find excellent climatic conditions for the cultivation of corn plants. With farmers from Austria, a standardised processing procedure from the field to the product and seamless quality assurance, we are able to produce safe products and guarantee 100% traceability. Our contract farmers grow special varieties of corn especially for us, which allows us to produce all corn milling products with a wide range of granulation and properties.

All the corn milling products listed are available in both conventional and organic quality.
