Buckwheat flour is a healthy and very well tolerated alternative to other cereal flours. It has a high content of protein, minerals, B vitamins and vitamin E as well as silicic acid. It is ideal for flatbreads, wraps, cakes, cookies and pancakes. Gluten-free flour is only suitable for baking to a limited extent, which is why it is often mixed with other types of flour.
